Monthly meeting with SSPOs Jalandhar Division held on 27.08.2012. Following members from staff side were present in the meeting:

Following items were discussed during the meeting:
Detachment of Quarters attached with Post Office building in non residing condition.
Orders have been issued to detached the quarter of New Railway Colony SO and Patara SO.
Non payment of Cash Handling Allowance to SPM of Single Handed/Double Handed SOs
Pending MACP
SSPOs Jalandhar has assured that DPC will be conducted shortly and all pending cases of MACP will be cleared.

Non Payment of Speed post incentive to the staff
SSPOs Jalandhar Division has ordered to sanction all the pending bills of Speed Post incentive.
Non payment of Cash Handling Allowance to SPM of Single Handed/Double Handed SOs
SSPOs Jalandhar has assure that the sanction memo will be issued on receipt of cash handling figures from SOs
All SPMs are requested to send their cash figures for the year 2010 and 2011 to Divisional Office so that sanction memo will be issued.
Pending MACP
SSPOs Jalandhar has assured that DPC will be conducted shortly and all pending cases of MACP will be cleared.
Provision of Help Desk at Jalandhar City HO.
SSPOs Jalandhar has issued instructions to Sr.Postmaster Jalandhar City HO to make the provision of Help Desk
Provision of Water Dispensers in Post offices
SSPOs Jalandhar has assure that proposal for purchase of Water Dispensers will be sent to Regional Office Chandigarh for approval.
