Meeting Minutes held on 25.06.2013

Monthly Meeting with Worthy SSPOs Jalandhar Division and representatives of NAPE C Jalandhar Division  held on 25.06.2013 in the chamber of SSPOs Jalandhar Division.

Following items were discussed during the meeting

Pending MACP Cases
SSPOs Jalandhar Division assure our union that all cases pending for financial upgradation under MACP will be decided soon.

Requirement of inverters and batteries at Post Offices
SSPOs Jalandhar Division has replied proposal for purchase of inverters and batteries was sent to R.O and R.O has replied that sufficient funds are not available and on receipt of funds it will be purchased.

Non working of UPS in many post offices.
SSPOs Jalandhar Division has replied that the UPS are getting repaired locally and the faulty batteries will be replaced on allotment of funds.

Appointment of AMAs in the area of Banga-Nawanshahr, Goraya-Phillaur and Adampur-Bhogpur area.
SSPOs Jalandhar has replied that it will be examined and the proposal will be send to R.O for appointment of AMAs in these areas.
