Following items were the discussed during the meeting:

1.Replacement of faulty UPS batteries in many computerised post offices of Jalandhar Division:

Reply :  Requirement of UPS batteries and estimated funds required has been intimated to Circle Office and Circle Office further took the matter with Directorate for allotment of funds.

2.Provision of inverters and batteries at Sub Post Offices where Genset is not available:

Reply: Requirement of funds for Rs.1 Lakh has been received from Jalandhar Division and Sr.A.O Budget was requested to allot necessary funds to Jalandhar Division.
